In todays working environment, keeping hold of your staff for more than a few years at a time is something of a rarity. In the quest for excellence, communication is key for optimum service and consistency.
Glapwell are proud to be able to make the claim that 23% of their staff have been with them for 25 years.
Glapwell currently have 8 employees that have provided over 25 years of dedicated service to the pursuit of engineering excellence in the manufacture of Pig Traps and Pressure Vessels. The first of which started back in 1974, providing over 36 years of service.

This impressive statistic is partially due to working in a very positive environment, but is mainly down to a very pro-active leadership program at management level. The atmosphere at Glapwell feels very much like an extended family, where every member of the workforce is highly regarded and valued for their input and strong work ethic.
